About Take A Break Children in Lafayette, CO
Who We Are
Take-A-Break is a service designed to alleviate child care stress on children, families, employers,and child care providers. We are dedicated to the healthy growth and development of all children, and we have served Colorado since 1983. We believe that having trained, quality individuals working with the children is the key to child care success.
Care giver Qualifications
We have a full-time staff of specially trained, carefully screened, high energy caregivers whose education and/or experience qualifies them for the opportunity to work with children.
All of our care givers have:
- Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Training
- Fingerprinting
- Extensive Criminal Background Checks
- Universal Precautions Training
- Medication Administration
- Early Childhood or Early Elementary Education
